Thanks for your assistance. Meanwhile I found out, that UM Version 2.8.6 works. Versions 2.8.7 and higher show the fatal error.
I’m using PHP 8.3.
With PHP 7.4 all UM Versions seem to work. But as PHP 7.4 is outdated, that’s not an option.Thanks @champsupertramp
I change the name to “Test field”. But in the member directory, Test field doesn’t apper. Neither in the filter, the sorting options nor the list. Hanynumber still sticks.

There is neither a cache plugin installed nor a server-based cache.

Yes, im changing the label via UM Form Builder. I changed the Label and the Title.
In the default profile form it works fine, but not in the memberlist. There is still “Handy” visible.
