@david987 I hope you see this, I know it’s been a while since you posted.
I have this same issue and was wondering if you could remember how you solved this? There’s an old contact number in the header, despite being updated everywhere that I can find to do so.
There’s no Top Bar/Header section on the Widget page to add/remove text options, and, like you, I’ve updated the number in the header.php but have seen in the site’s header.
