Thank you all, I restarted the page and found out that I hadn’t installed the plugin that I needed. I hadn’t realised that there even WAS a plugin to give me this option so thank you for bringing that to my attention – problem solved…..
Thank you Rajat – my computer is saying that word isn’t working at the mo but will try again soon.
