It has been resolved. It seemed like Really Simple SSL caused a clash. We disabled it and re-uploaded the image as you said.

I also have tested if it is a plugin issue by disabling the majority of my plugins and leaving a select few like Domain Mapping and WooCommerce active, but this also did not resolve the issue.

Thanks for the response.
I decided to upload a different image and also gave it a different title. It still seems to be doing the same as before.
