Did you figure it out, I finally had a chance to come back to my computer and tried to figure out what I did at that time, to answer your question, I did not add any CSS codes to fix this, I think what I did was to install the ‘Title Remover’ plugin to fix it.
Please share if you have figured it out.

You can google around, or call tech support, I figured out by googling around, I forgot what I did now, since it has been a while.
By the Way, how can I change this topic away from ‘resolved’?

I encountered the same issue, I have also tried both the suggestions from ‘Plugin Author’, it did not work, the picture is also a jpg, and it is very similar to other pictures as well, I uploaded about 30 pictures, but only 2 of them got corrupted thumbnail, when I tried to regenerate the thumbnail, it said ‘error during regenerating the thumbnail’ something like that, I gave up, for these 2 that got issues, I ended up deleting one picture and keeping one, the one I deleted is counterclockwise once, without a thumbnail, I could not apply the clockwise to it, so it looks weird in my gallery, but for the other one that I am keeping, it still looks ‘ok’ on the gallery , so I am keeping it.
There is definitely a bug in this plugin! Let me know if you need more details.

Let me make my question a little bit more clear, if you hover over the left and the right arrows, it will give you a hand icon, which is misleading you that it is ‘clickable’, but it is not currently.
In addition, on a cell phone, because the screen is much smaller, it will be ideal that the arrows are clickable, that way, visitors can actually see the 4 pictures of the home page sliders.
