I resolved the problem, by unticking the box ‘not show cached version to logged in users’.
That seems to work also for unlogged/new visitors who are willing to buy. Maybe it’s not the right solution, but it works perfect for now.Hi Emre, thanks for your quick reply.
That I understood, that cartpage was not cached… but then when customer goes back to other page or product, all that pages are also not cached anymore. That is the problem.
Or do you mean that as soon as there is something in the cart caching does not work anymore for the whole site? Is that what you mean?
To be more specific, these are customers who are not logged in.
Maybe you want to clarify it for me, so I understand?
Thank you!Yes I noticed and we changed it already to processing…
Thank you very much!
EmiliaHi, I updated to newest version and made a testorder with a teststatus and it works perfect now.
When I delete that status, the order goes automatically to ‘on hold’, so that’s oke… because it stays in the admin and does not disappear anymore.
Thanks for the quick fix!PS changing to which status it goes after deleting customstatus works also perfect!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Show Attributes] attribute description on attribute pagesHi Warmax, with this plugin I had no succes, but what I did finally is making an extra template for attribute=pages and then with the woosidebars-plugin I made a custom sidebar for each attribute I wanted to show.
In that sidebar I add the description in a widget. So a lot of different sidebars and manual work, but the results is perfect.Later I contacted a developer and told me he can make it work also with a code, so that can be also an option for you.
Success!

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Choose option for mailchimp via notification add-onThank you Joseph for the quick answer.
For now I have found a temporary solution with conditional logic. If people choose ‘yes’ that they want to receive the newsletter, then there comes an extra email field in which they have to fill in their mailadress again for receiving the newsletter. That second field I have chosen in vfb add-on mailchimpsettings.
Tested it out and it works fine. If they choose no the box not appear and notthing will be added to mailchimp. If they choose yes, the box appears and when they re-enter emailadress it will be added automatically on the list. So very happy now.
Thank you for taking the time for answering me… for now we accept how it is and who knows what future brings. Good luck with experimenting.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Items not show up in cartThank you Mike, I will forward it to our hosting. Yesterday and this morning they assured me again that for 100% sure varnish was off for our site. Now appears that it is not so, confidence is zero.
We consider going to another hosting today.
Thanks very much for the help!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Items not show up in cartHi Jesse, the URL is http://www.stips.nl
That was what we thought also. That’s why we have deleted caching plugins and why our hosting has excluded our URL from varnish caching. So we do not understand how caching still can be there. It must be something else?If I understand you correctly then you say that if something needed to expire it still stays on the site and does not delete when we delete caching plugin?
But if then so… where is that stored? Because I have also deleted the folder cache via ftp a last week.
Hi, thanks to Caleb I understood how to run the sql queries. Happy with this knowledge.
However I get the message: Table ‘stips_5603980b51.wp_posts’ doesn’t existSo still no results until now. I guess… wp_posts has to be named differently how can I find out how it has to be named?
@mike. I have placed the both files via ftp in my folder mysqladmin but nothing changes. Did I forget something or placed it wrong?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] instock before out of stock@greatiwhales You can sort products via the link at the top of the product listings page (next to link concepts) Simply drag and drop.
Yes those parent products were also deleted (half year ago). They do not appear in the list only some of their variations.
I will try out with the code you pointed to. Do not know exactly where to place that code but I will figure that out. 😉
Thanks for the help!
