We tested it with twenty twelve and it is working fine. Maybe some other plugin is conflicting with the functionalities of News Announcement Scroll. Try reproducing the same issue with only News Announcement Scroll active on your site and then check if the same issue persists or not.
Also, make sure that the display order of the news is correct and doesn’t overlap with other news order.

As checked in the .pot file the string that you mentioned is available so I am guessing the syncing of .pot file might have went wrong.
Sorry! currently to achieve the result desired by you i.e. using ‘delivery dates’ instead of ‘order dates’ for the reports, you would be required to do code level changes in the Smart Reporter plugin and also maintain the same changes before updating to any newer versions of the plugin.
We can confirm that NONE of the 122 reviews are paid or advertised. You can recheck this by either visiting their profiles randomly or connecting with the reviewers.
Coming to the usefulness of the plugin, we agree the free version has few features than the premium but that doesn’t nullify the fact that the free version is useful. It only depends on what you want to achieve and whether that feature is available within the free or the premium. Having said that, we would like to have a chance of understanding your requirement and helping you achieve it.
Yes! we would surely include the required WooCommerce headers in the next release of Smart Manager.
Also, just to update you that we had tested Smart Manager[i.e. v3.15.0] with the latest version of WooCommerce[i.e. v3.2.6]. So, you can use Smart Manager with the latest version of WooCommerce and in case of any queries you can surely get back to us.

In the meantime, could you please once try to deactivate and then re-activate the Smart Manager plugin on your site and then have a recheck with the same issue and do let me know your views on the same.

Would like to update you that using Smart Manager Beta you can surely sort and search using the ‘post date’ and ‘post modified’ fields i.e. the products creation and modified dates.
Request you to kindly have a recheck with the same and do let us know your views on the same.
Currently Smart Manager does display the products based on the ids and does not display the product created and modified date.
However, using Smart Manager Beta that is desgined to let you view and manage any custom post type and any custom field does let you view the product created and modified dates and also sort on the basis of the same. Request you to kindly have a check with the same and do let us know your views.

We are not sure whether it is possible to integrate it with Jetpacks Widget Visibility plugin as we haven’t yet tested News Announcement Scroll with it.
Further, you might have to write some custom code to hide this plugin on several pages as it is currently not possible to do so from the plugin itself.
Sorry! currently Smart Manager is not fully compatible with WPML and updating one of the product translations using SMart Manager will not automatically update the other translations of the product.
However, Smart Manager will surely list you all the translations of the product in the grid, which you would be required to manage and update individually.
Could you please confirm whether you are using the latest version of Smart Manager [i.e. v3.12.0]? If not, then request you to kindly update to the latest version adn then do let me know your views on the same, as when we tried reproducing the same issue, we were unable to reproduce the same.
Alternatively, you can even make use of the advanced search functionality in Smart Manager and simply filter out the products that have the price set to blank.
