Yes, even we are able to replicate same on our end.
We have found cause of the issue but it will require some amount of time for extensive testing to verify the fix applied.We’ll let you know once we fix the issue.

When I try to subscribe on your site, I’m seeing following error in browser’s console :
XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://hsi.org.au/blog/?es=subscribe. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://hsi.org.au' is therefore not allowed access.Please check if you have correct file permissions of your WordPress folder (by default, the files and folder permissions should be 644 and 755 respectively).
Also check with your Server Administrator / Host Provider and ask them about this.Apply following CSS in your theme’s custom CSS file :
.es_textbox_class { width: 60%; }(width that you want to reduce it too).
