I did shut off all WC extensions. Only had Twenty Twelve and WC turned on.

Is there a function I can plug into my child functions.php or even jQuery that can force the error to show? Or faux it in with an onClick event on the remove button?

I don’t understand.. The cart and check out are still separated on my end.

Yes, I just deactivated the theme and plugins and the message is still not functional. The notice just doesn’t appear at all and it’s not anywhere hidden in the source code.

To temporarily fix the issue on my sites I had to edit the FROM field in the MESSAGES for each form to: [your-name] <[your-email]> (alter the field name to match your form fields). You are correct igdesigngroup! That was the problem. After I edited those fields, it worked just fine.

Okay, I actually figured it out after asking more questions from the theme developer (U Design). It turns out that the problem was cause by my max variable settings. I just had to increase them and now everything seems to be working fine.
