 * Hey, I figuered out that I had some plugin blocking the page scroll on load. 
   I cant say which it was, because i cleaned everything and suddenly it worked.

 * Thank you for your anwser. But I kinda think now, that something is buggy here.
   I tried everything I found online regarding my issue and your solution does’t
   seem to work for me either. Maybe it is just a problem with my theme. I am using
   Syndey by aThemes.

 * When you are on the site BILDER, and you press TEST, it scrolls down and works.
   But if you come from a different Site, the Site is just loaded at the
    `#id` 
   and does not scroll.
