 * Thanks for the info regards the database, I’ve just spotted that checkbox but
   as it was not set by the person who set the site up for her I guess there lost
   now 🙁
 * WRT the email address, the strange thing is this had been working fine for a 
   long time, but as you mentioned elsewhere providers change there policies so 
   we may never know what the issue was?
