In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Debugging Cloned site? Thanks for your help, but since this is a cloned site hosted on UpdraftPlus, how can access these files? Before and after the site breaks?
It didn’t fix the problem.
I emailed [email protected] with screenshots yesterday but I haven’t heard back.
BTW, I’m using the free version so do not have a choice about whether to send link post or an photo post. It can only send a link post.
Thanks for all your help.
StuartI updated today to 4.3.2 hoping the issue was fixed, but it’s not. 🙁
Do I need to configure it in order for it to work with FB and Twitter OG?
Please help. Thanks!
Stuart
Hi Luke,
The “My Account” link in the menu is not something I created. I do believe that WooCommerce put it there.
Thanks for your help!
Stuart
Actually, I notice that after I log in, if I go to any page, the WP admin bar disappears. 🙁
Seems like I need to login again to access the backend of my site.
Is there a way to make so it doesn’t deliver cached pages to the admin?
Thanks,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Maps not appearing on EventsThanks Geof,
I was able to get it to work by creating a new API key with Google. For some reason a new API key fixed it.
Thanks for reaching out helping me troubleshoot the issue!
Cheers,
StuartHi Barry,
I do have Events Tickets Plus installed, configured and working.
I realize each ticket is its own product in WooC. That seems problematic to me. Say I have a tour of four cities and three price levels for each. That ends up being 12 tickets on one page. What would eliminate 8 of those tickets is if a user could select the city first then purchased the ticket price level they want for that city. Does that skew sense?
Since I’m eligible for support for having the ET Plus. Is there a way we can continue this discussion to another forum that would allow for a more in depth discussion? You seem very knowledgable about what can be done and how to do it.
Thanks,
StuartThat does help a lot.
Thanks!I originally posted my quest a few weeks ago and moved on having never figured this out being new to WP.
Ultimately, what I’m trying to do is have a single page of an event. This event is scheduled to happen on different dates in different cities (similar a band on a tour).
I’d like a person to select the city they want to attend, then buy tickets for that event.
I envision this behaving similar to a product with variations in WooCommerce, where someone can select a t-shirt then specify the size and color. Does that makes sense?
If so, is that somehow doable with these four modules or others? I realize it might not be, but if it is would you be able to give me an idea of how to do it?
I greatly appreciate your help.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Caldera Forms - More Than Contact Forms] Caldera and SpamshieldGreat to know.
Thanks!
Stuart
Can you please explain how this can be integrated? The steps I would take?
Thanks,
StuarHey Pete,
I hope you’re still following this thread cause I think I’ve figured this out.
Here are the steps I took:
1) Create a new page titled “Events.: (pages>>add new page)
2) Go to Appearance>>menus
3) The “Events” page you just created should now appear in the list of pages
4) Click that and put it in any menu you want (I put mine in the Main Navigation).I hope this helps you!
Best regards,
StuartHi Caroline,
Pete, please correct me if I”m wrong, but I think his question (mine, too) is” How does one add “Events” to a menu (say the main navigation)?
It doesn’t appear as an option when building a menu in the Appearance section of WP.
There must be some easy way of doing this that a newbie like just can’t seem to figure out.
Thanks for your help!
