 * Hello! thanks so much for the reply, but those are not the reasons, I have been
   bulk updating productos via this csv file in woocmmerce for a long time and i
   have never had this problem. The issue started 2 days ago and I still cannot 
   upload any file, i have tried even updating 1 producto line in the csv file as
   a test and its not working :/

 * Another thing, when I am editing with elementor, the filtering works fine, it’s
   when I sign out or use a different browser that I can see it is not working correctly.

 * Another update, I uploaded it again with all the plugins inactive as you mentioned,
   and the problem is still there, so it’s not a faulty plugin. I really cannot 
   understand why it is deciding to connect a new product to an existing one :/
 * And I just tried uploading again with the Storefront theme, and again, the problem
   is still there, so it’s not a plugin nor the theme.

 * I just noticed something, the products with this problem have this arrow, do 
   you know what it means?

 * ThanksI will try the plugins to see which one could be causing this, the weird
   part is that this did not happen before and i had the exact same plugins installed
   and active.

 * Thank you, I have tried to fix the third-party problem but it would not work,
   now im contacting the hasthemes team, hopefullyu they can help me with the CSS
   to hide them.
