@sonaros thank you for the suggestion. My url has always been just that , without the wwww. Thats how it synced as i never changed it myself but Still getting the error. Again seems to be something I have no control over, it was working two days ago, and a day ago stopped working again. Will check again to see if it corrects itself during the course of the day.
@dilibertodesign Thanks for that fix, I will try it if/when the errors shows again. As of this morning theres no error and i’m able to add products again. Strange as up to last night the error was there. I did question Godaddy about updating the php version also the first time the error occured (months ago) but like what they told you, they said they aren’t updating the php version so I ignored. Hoping that isnt actually the issue as that would be force me to change hosts or my package from managed wp.
@nyssaanje oh no. Havent had that one before. Have you reached out to printful chat?
@ukelkar updating solved my error for 1 day after updating woocommerce. Then it was back again :\ Since i started the thread the error has been on and off, it works sometimes , but for the most part it’s there and I’m unable to sync my store. Seems to be something out of my control.
@ruheeco bummer to hear , my store has had the error again since Saturday. Reaching out to printful today to see if it’s related to the plugin as it says incompatible with the latest versions of worpress. Let me know how you get on.
@nyssaanje Hi again, sorry i didnt check my mail yesterday. I have the same error again since yesterday. It’s exhausting. I dont have the time to do it manually so I’m honestly looking to use either another host or another integration method (instead of woocommerce) as i am unsure of where the problem stems.
What is the error you are getting?@nyssaanje Mine has been down for days up till last night, woocommerce updated this morning and shop isnt displaying the error. Like you I want to launch my shop but now afraid it might spontaneously have errprs when i do. Hoping the errors holds off. Let me know if yours works. x
Hi all, @jaywillie @ukelkar @dilibertodesign @dilibertodesign Just checking since we are all using the same host. My store has again come up with the server error. Just checking to see if its just me or if it is again a wider issue. X
Update from me, didn’t do anything new and my shop was able to connect to Printful tonight as I just randomly checked. Added a product to my shop to make sure and its working fine. Whatever the issue was i’m glad it’s fixed? Let me know if you guys have the same luck x
No updates for me today as I was out of studio and didnt get the chance to get to Tech Support. No change still. Going to get on support tonight.
I was switching between soledad by Pencidesign and sometimes storefront when I would get the error, but switched to Storefront entirely the last week or 2 as i thought my theme was the problem as nothing helped. Did not fix the issue.
@jaywillie @dilibertodesign should mention to Godaddy support that other customers are having the same issue as well, they may be more inclined to investigate the problem. I’m definitely going to.They also told me i need to upgrade as the woocommerec plugin wasnt available unless i did which I did not do since i know that isn’t right at all. Especially now that i know upgrading wont help i,m not doing that.
Since deleting I cant even connect my new site and new printful account so I doubt the issue is printful as i get a new error Could not open Woocommerce authorization page (OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to studiohjo.com:443 ) which leads me to think it is actually an issue with the host. Hope we both get the issue sorted soon, I’m going to be contacting godaddy again today. If it helps ask if they can reboot your server as well, it worked before for me when i got the sync error. xSame here, I have been back and forth with both all day. After doing my own research and browsing forums it seems to be the host server at fault. Printful also sent me the following in chat. –{ .: After reviewing this error with my team, they were able to tell me that an error like this usually means that there is an issue with the client’s server configuration. We please ask you to contact your hosting support. The issue can be summarized as “cURL failing to make an SSL connection”.}
I have since deleted my entire website and my printful store and created new ones :/ but cannot sync still as the error is STILL there. Might i ask which hosting company you are with? I’m using Godaddy and they insist their server is fine. I also noticed that the Printful plugin says untested with my wordpress version (managed wordpress) so dont know if that has anything to do with it. My shop last synced on Friday last, but by Saturday the wp version was automatically updated and the sync failed again.
