Emails are sent when there is a PDF, so…please review your email configuration for checking if you have any filter to remove attachaments.

I am reviwing de code, in our testing, the image was added succesfully to the PDF, i dont know if you can provide me your image to test it.

With our plugin you can buy directly a coupon product, and when the administrator validate de purchased or complete the order…the coupon will be send by email to the customer.
You can configurate the coupon same as WooCommerce coupons, with limit usage, expire date etc…
The functionallity about create a second discount automatically is not available on this plugin.
