OK, so I went ahead and installed the new version and deactivated the old. My gallery needed a few adjustments to mirror what I had with the older version, but all is well now. Just have to figure out why 10 of the images are blank on Firefox.

So, what will happen to my existing galleries if I follow any of these instructions? Because now I will have two (2) plugins, but only one will have galleries created with it.

UPDATE: I noticed the version I have on the site is 1.2.18. On WP.org it is now version 2.2.7.
However when I look in my site’s admin panel to UPDATE Foogallery to the present version, there is no update button.
So I looked at the folder on my server, the version 1.2.18 folder is called foogallery-develop.
When I unzip version 2.2.7 on my computer, the folder is called foogallery. Confusing.
So HOW can I update the plugin? I’m using the latest WP version.

In reply to: [Euphony] Alternate images and videos on header?Answer for those who may wonder: no it cannot be done. I got around this by creating a short video using both images and a video clip. 🙂
UPDATE: the error was on my end, I had used quotes that were from my French keyboard and for some reason the quotes were then doubled. Unfortunately I didn’t check that closely at the time. Of course it was not going to work!

This is NOT RESOLVED, unfortunately. Support is responsive, but I received a screen capture video showing it works on your end, but I cannot reproduce what you show. I have responded with my own screen capture, as there are many settings you did not clarify. For example:
â–º Do I need ALL – Foo Gallery AND Foobox AND the FooBox Image Lightbox (Premium)??
Also, the plugins, despite buying the Premium version, many of the settings offer upgrades to Pro version and it VERY confusing.
I’m losing my mind…

That page you accessed is just there to test the iFrames from Apple Music, and as you can see – they work.
The page I need to embed these iframes on, is this one.

Yet, seemingly it’s not working for iframes? But that is why I purchased the PRO version, because it is advertised as showing iFrames.

I hope this helps focus your support to me on what is the best way for me to make it work.
Are you saying that ONLY Apple Music iFrames cannot be used? Or that iFrames in general cannot be used? What is so different from Apple and all other iFrames? If they show on my page, should they not show in the Foobox?
If Foobox works for iFrames, it would be good to see iFrames DEMOS, not just a statement that it “can.”
And if we can’t actually use iFrames, I’d want a refund for the PRO version I just bought.

Thanks for the reply. Too bad, I liked the simplicity too. Covid-19 may be to blame for the lack of response. It has mostly been a very good plugin, I replaced Contact7 with this for that reason. I hope they come around.

Oh, so you didn’t see this error again? Or are you saying that basically the absence of an update indicate that the developer doesn’t consider this a priority?
