In fact you are right and still lose opportunity to make it work like wise chat.@specialk I can set permission via FTP what permission needed to be set?
cloudways do don’t allow by default access plugin folder for security and not read what plugin the site uses.
Wise chat could be an alternative.
as I will recommend cloudways service to my clients and it is working out of the box.

@clicknathan you are right, we had a short period where we forced optin.
I tested the latest version which works without opt-in.Thanks for the suggestion to add the plugin in the WOO sub menu.
Noted for the developer.“Who knows if the plugin works? Not me.”
Please give more details how to improve.
