I will look into this problem and release an update accordingly.
I tried to replicate this issue but had no luck. If you are able to turn off all other plugins except Ultimate Member then activate UM Custom Tab Builder, does the error still happen after activation?

Sorry we could not reply sooner. We looked into your request and is beyond the scope of this plugin.
This requires creating a custom field, unfortunately, I am not able to find a tutorial on how to create a custom BP field. I suggest having a look here https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/ as well BP forums. Sorry, we are not able to help with this.

Also, if you would like to create a downloads tab, you can possibly use the right WooCommerce shortcodes and create a tab with it.
Let me know more about your use-case so I can help you set this up.

Did you try the following?
- Go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings
- Click Appearance then Profile Menu
- You will see your menus listed
- Save settings
- Test it on profile
I am sure that if you had contacted me before placing a one star review, I could have shown you that the plugin is indeed working. Next time, please reach out to support before making assumptions, you will only mislead others this way.

If you are familiar with WordPress hooks, you can use the filter template_redirect to redirect users from that tab to another profile.

You can try this, if you don’t see your tab automatically.
- Go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings
- Click Appearance then Profile Menu
- You will see the menu listed
- Save settings
- Test it on profile
