Setting the main_size fixed the issue.

I have just made the change mentionned in your link but it did not solve the problem.
Please note that in does not occur with photosets or albums, but only with single photos.
On the page, this happens with the first photo named “GEIKO”. The plugin seems to find the reference in Flickr (the name “GEIKO” is effectively the name of the photo in Flickr) but it does not generate the right URL.
