i have rebuilt my site entirely with word press 4.5.3.
Now i dont get the 500 error, but when i try to access my site it just times out without any error.
What is weirder is that another site of mine with same hoster also times out but i have not updated or changed any files on this site.
I have tried to access site from several different computer on different ISPs.
Someone help me

I have tried the following1, Rest plugins via manual method = error 500 (and cant access wp-admin)
2, Renamed my theme as suggested = error 500 (and cant access wp-admin)
3, Renamed .htaccess to .htaccess.old = error 500 (and cant access wp-admin)
4, im having trouble accessing my log files
shouldn’t i be at least able to access my wp-admin?
