I don’t know about you guys, if you solved this issue or not. But I have a solution for this. I have installed “Loco Translate”, and then I have the option to translate Jetpack plugin (there you can also find “Related”).

I’m using plugin called Contact Form 7 for web forms. It’s very customizable and great. It has built-in functions like Captcha, File Upload & many more.
+ it supports multi-language inteface.
