 * Hi Hitesh, Thank you for your response. The entire site is written in English.
   In the events list it indicates there are 3 events (where as there are actually
   2 ) and the two dates are correctly listed in the date filter.
 * Has a new update to wordpress possibly added more table structure to events in
   the past two years? maybe the internal join in missing data and hence not showing
   up on the main page?
 * I wonder: can I just manually go in and delete the entries from the database 
   or could that make wordpress unstable?
