Hello @radiumko,

Thank you for your patience.

Hello @christophe68,
I have checked the functionality in the browsers you mentioned, and it is working correctly on my end. Please see this video for reference.
I also tested your mentioned category, and the filter only works in the upper section, not the bottom one under the “Univers” tab as you described, even in Chrome. Therefore, the issue may be specific to your environment or a conflict.
To help troubleshoot, could you please:
- Share a screen recording showing how the behavior differs in Chrome and other browsers.
- Change your theme to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four), and enable the “Force theme template” option in your filter’s General Options. Then test again and let me know the result.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for the update! Glad to hear that switching back to a self-hosted database resolved the issue and improved performance.
If you encounter any other questions or issues in the future, feel free to reach out anytime – we’ll be happy to assist.
Thanks again!
Hi,
You can achieve this by inserting the filter using its shortcode inside your page / theme builder.
Please try adding the filter shortcode in the exact position you want it to appear (above the products list) using a Shortcode widget in your builder, and disable the automatic insertion option in the plugin settings to avoid duplication.
Let us know if this solution works for you.
Best regards.
Hi,
Thank you for reporting the issue. Since the migration to DBaaS, the price filter may not reflect the correct range due to how the filter reads product prices.
You can try the following simple steps first:
- Make sure all products have the correct prices in WooCommerce.
- Clear any cache or transients in WooCommerce and the filter plugin.
- Test the price filter again on a page without caching to see if the max price updates correctly.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, we can escalate it to our development team to look into possible solutions.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] sorting product by alphanumericHi,
By default, the filter sorts attribute values alphabetically as text, so values like U110 can appear before U20. This is expected behavior.
However, you can try the following workaround:
- Go to WooCommerce → Products → Attributes.
- Edit the attribute you are using and click Configure terms.
- Set the attribute to Custom ordering and manually arrange the values in the order you want
(for example: T1, U10, U11, U20, U110, V1). - In the Product Filter settings, enable Order by custom for this attribute filter.
Please let me know if this was helpful.

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] Sticky Product(s)?Hello @catwingz,
The feature I initially mentioned is for reordering filter options to display a selected element at the top of their list. However, I now understand you are asking about the filtered product results themselves, specifically, to have certain products “stick” as the first result within the filtered list. Unfortunately, this functionality is not available in our current plugin.
If, however, you were referring to reordering the filter options (e.g., a list of categories), we do have controls for that. Within the filter settings, you can use the “Sort by” option and choose DESC, ASC, or Default. Alternatively, you can set a Custom order by manually selecting and arranging the items (like categories) one by one in your desired sequence from the selection area.
Please refer to this screenshot and this for a visual guide to these settings.
If you need further clarification on reordering the filter options, please let me know.
Best regards,

Yes, the WooBeWoo Product Filter for WooCommerce includes a feature called “Checked items to the top” that lets you pin specific products to the top of their category or filter list. You can find more details in our documentation: Checked Items to the Top – Documentation
