In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] Price filter not work with polylangHi @dev1993,
Thanks for reaching out — wishing you a great day!
From what I understand, the issue seems to be with the currency switcher rather than the translation plugin, right? I just tested the Price filter on my end, and it appears to work correctly when changing the language.
Could you please share your site URL so I can take a closer look and steps to reproduce the issue if necessary? Also, just to confirm — are you using this plugin for the currency switcher? Currency Switcher for WooCommerce
I’ll be waiting for your response so we can assist you further.
Best regards,Hi Nik,
I hope you’re doing well. Apologies for the delayed response to your issue.
Yes, the setup you described should work by default — as long as the attributes are correctly assigned to the products. For example, if you select Audi as the “Make” and you’ve assigned only A1 and A2 as models under Audi, then selecting Audi from the filter should only display those specific models (A1, A2) in the next filter.
I’ve replicated the same setup in a clean testing environment, and it works as expected. You can check the result here.
Please double-check your product attribute assignments to ensure they’re set correctly. If the filter doesn’t behave the same way on your end, try a simplified setup to test the behavior.
If you still face issues, feel free to share more details and I’ll be happy to take another look.
Best regards,
Good morning! I hope you’re having a great start to your day.
To display only the subcategories of the currently viewed product category, please follow these steps:
- Enable Hierarchical Display
- Go to your Category Filter settings.
- Make sure the “Show hierarchical” option is enabled. This will allow the filter to display both parent and child categories in a structured way.
- Hide Parent Categories
- If you’d like to display only subcategories, enable the “Hide parent categories” option.
- This will hide the parent category and show only its child categories in the filter.
Let me know if you need further assistance with this or anything else!

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] Only show in/ out of stock productsHi @ld899651,
Thank you for getting back to us!
Please make sure that both the Free and Pro versions of the plugin are activated — this is required for the PRO features to work properly.
If you encounter any issues during license activation, we recommend submitting a support ticket, as WordPress forums has limitations for pro users. If you’re having trouble, try the following steps:
- Deactivate both versions of the plugin.
- Activate the Free version first, then activate the Pro version.
- Enter your license key in the appropriate field.
Once that’s done, the Pro features should be fully unlocked. You can access all settings from the Free version’s settings page.
Let us know if you run into any further issues — we’re happy to help!Forum: Plugins

Best regards,Hi @joyryde,
Good morning! I hope your day is off to a great start.
It turns out that the TinyURL website was blocked by my ISP, which is why I couldn’t access your links initially. I’ve now checked them using a VPN and was able to view everything properly.
That said, the issue you’re experiencing is a bit unusual. As shown in this video, I’ve tested it in both regular and incognito browser sessions, and I can see your filter displaying correctly.
Have you tried viewing your site from a different device or browser? Also, please make sure to clear both your website’s cache and your browser cache, that might resolve the issue on your end.
Let me know if the issue persists, I’m happy to investigate further!

I’ve just checked the URL you provided, and I can see that the filter is visible in both regular and incognito mode across browsers. It’s possible that the issue was resolved on your end, or it might still be a local issue.
Additionally, the screenshots you shared seem to have expired, as I wasn’t able to view them. If possible, please try checking the page from a different device or browser. If the issue persists, feel free to send us updated screenshots, that will help us investigate further.
From my side, everything appears to be working correctly, but I’m happy to continue looking into it if you’re still experiencing any issues.

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] Only 3 filters visibleHi @robertz7000,
Thank you for reaching out, I hope you’re doing well! And sorry for the late reply.
You can add unlimited filters to your website pages. While we recommend grouping items within a single filter for better organization, it’s absolutely possible to display multiple filters on the same page.
Please make sure you’ve enabled the correct options for each attribute. If possible, could you share a screenshot of your current setup? That will help us better understand the issue.
For reference, here’s an example where I have more than three filters, and all are displayed correctly: https://imgur.com/a/WhlmkKg.
You can also check our documentation on how to use multiple filters on a single page for more details.
Let me know if you need further assistance — happy to help!
