Thanks for sharing the details.The “IP Geo Pack” is still the cause. This plugin has not been updated in 3 years and I discontinue using it. Problem solved.

I am Japanese, so my English is bad. Sorry.
Do you mean you use PublishPress and Elementor? Or you don’t?
PublishPress and Elementor DON’T use.
I created a new post with the default post type and tried ‘rewrite and republish’. However, it still only shows up the first time.
Process:
- Create and publish post with default post type
- Rewrite and republish post from ‘rewrite and republish’
- I checked the post list (dashboard) and ‘rewrite and republish’ does not show up
Perhaps this plugin is the cause.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ip-geo-block/‘Rewrite & republish’ requires IP address avoidance?
