  • Heres a couple of thoughs and I’ve tried to set up some product using the tax included method. This works for me. I see all prices inclusive of tax at all stages.
All settings are the same as your screen shot BUT:
diI do not have rounding set.
Display taxes in shop and cart are BOTH set to INCLUDING TAX

The other thing I must ask is, could your tax that is getting shown be a tax based on the shipping tax class and not the product itself?

If you dont need to manage tax within the site can you set the whole woocommerce site to NOT use taxes?
    uncheck woocommerce/settings/enable taxes?

I believe a plugin for example ATUM Inventory Management could help. There’s the option of locations for stock built in.

(I do not work for any plugin developer etc I’ve just used it and found it interesting)

Have you tried creating the options for the products as attributes?
ie create the attribute, manage terms etc.
create product, select variable type, load attributes – select all, check use for variations, variations – create variations from all attributes, update each variation of the product.
The store displays the attributes as a part of the product description when its selected.
