Instead of just having the text editable, the variations need to be accessible. Is there any way to do this?

Hi,
We are already using that ‘Impersonate’ plugin. but for a different purpose (to begin an order).
What I am looking for is for staff to be able to change Metadata on an order (i.e. after a customer has already started an order). We make custom items, sometimes variations need to be changed and I need staff to be able to select from the product variations on the Order Admin screen, as well as on the site.
I’m not sure why variations are not changeable once ordered and that they are added as simple text boxes – which no longer affect price 🙁
