Same here. I followed the steps (disabled cache, changed FROM address, etc.) as well with no change.
Same here. Have been using this form with no problem for three years until last week.
Yep, the update fixed it for me too.
@slickremix, maybe you should add a message that appears after the plugin is updated that lets people know they need to regenerate the shortcode(s).
Thanks for a great plugin, BTW!
Yes, this worked beautifully! Thank you!
You rock! Thanks, Matt.
I’ve been talking with Elegant Themes and just asked the other day for an update. They said they’ve been talking with you and you’ve been helpful.
This plugin literally saves me HOURS of administrative headaches over the average month. I’m not crazy about their incentivized review plan, but I would have given them a 5-star review without it. The plugin works very well and is simple to use.
Thanks! I have submitted a ticket, referencing your ticket number above.
*fingers crossed*
Thanks to both of you for your quick replies! I’ll try to nag the Divi folks as well… Is there a ticket number or something that I can reference?
Is there any word on this? I, too, have the problem with Divi (2.5.3).
Oh, the store is at https://bluesealcountrystore.com.
Thank you for replying. That particular problem seemed to go away, but we still haven’t been able to get ANY successful transactions to go through. I just tried two test orders and received two different results…
ORDER 1 seemed to go through fine; I received both order confirmations (customer and internal) and the Merchant Receipt Email from Authorize.net. However, I show in WooCommerce that the order is on hold because of a verification error:
Validation error: Authorize.net responses from a different email address than (BSFf33ds). Order status changed from Pending Payment to On Hold.
ORDER 2 failed, displaying the following message to the “customer” (at the URL https://secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll):
An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.
This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.(A real customer also complained she received the same error message.) I received both the customer receipt and merchant receipt from Authorize.net on this one, but WooCommerce did not send order confirmations… presumably because the error message occurred before the transaction made its way back to our website.
I verified that Authorize.net is not in “test mode” and the transactions all show in my Unsettled Transactions in Authorize.net.
Any additional insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
THANK YOU for posting the follow-up on this one! I’ve been troubleshooting a missing slider under HTTPS for the last three hours! The slider worked fine using HTTP, but I’m trying to use the Flexible SSL and other CloudFlare services to speed up the site. Turning off RocketLoader immediately fixed my problem!
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Admin area (dashboard) loading Very slowJust figured my problem. Google Analytics by Yoast was the culprit. Interestingly, I have this exact plugin installed on a couple of other sites on the same server, so it must be a conflict with something else.
Anyway, I switched to Google Analytics Dashboard for WP and all is good now.
Good luck, everyone!
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Admin area (dashboard) loading Very slowSame issue here. Chrome’s Dev Tools show over one minute TTFB, yet the front end is reasonably quick. Read that W3TC could be the problem, but disabled it (and a bunch of other plugins) and the problem still exists.
We run this site on a VPS along with a dozen others (four or five are WordPress as well), but this is the only site with the problem.
No problem. Thanks for the update, Gerroald.
