Found the issue. And it was about not publishing any post or page i.e. there was not a single published post or page on my blog duh!
I published a page and now site map is available.

This is a VPS so I control everything and can write rewrite rules where required. I have already followed that Rank Math tutorial but no luck.
I am using latest version 1.0.119.1. There is no “Recalculate score” option on that page.
Both issues are fixed. For 2nd issue there seemed to be a blank space in title which was not immediately visible at first glance. For 1st issue I am not sure if it was similar case but I went back to that post and issue was fixed.
Here’s another issue similar to above. Created a 3rd post and now Rank Math is unable to recognize focus keyword in meta description and other places. But you can see it is defined twice in opening paragraph (2nd and 3rd line and last line)
Not using Word Fence or any other firewall.
There are no errors in browser console (F12). The following URLs are all showing one message in browser:

For e.g. http://www.website1.com is using theme1 which has bug. And I emailed them http://www.website2.com using Astra which doesn’t have bug.
The link mentioned in OP is my topic. Developer is outright lying about fixing this issue. As you can see developer posted response more than 3 months ago and still issue persists. The truth is that this theme has been abandoned as it was last updated in August 2021 which was almost 2 years ago.

Yeah seems like cache issue as I opened a new private browser window and it is working fine.
Is this plugin still being maintained or abandoned? I opened a thread more than 3 days ago and no reply. So, I checked and found this one which was opened 10 days ago and still no reply.

Can we in anyway ask WordPress to ban it from here? It’s clear they have no intention of releasing an update and solving this issue. Surely there must be a way to ask WordPress to ban this theme from here.

In reply to: [eStore] Theme stopped showing 300×300 images on home pageI didn’t receive any proper solution. Developer asked to add the following in CSS but but it is not good as it simply restricts height to 300 while keeping width as it is so images look very bad.
.woocommerce-page ul.products li.product .products-img img{ height: 300px!important }I even installed a fresh WordPress with only WooCommerce and this theme and no other plugins and indeed the problem exists. So problem is definitely in this theme which developer isn’t bothering to fix.
Purging cache for whole site fixed the issue
I tried two more pages, and they didn’t have this problem. Only this page has this problem no matter how many times I delete cache for this page, press Ctrl + F5 or close browser and reload.
