    Hi,

It appears that you have already resolved the issue you were facing. However, we would like to provide some information for others who may encounter the same problem in the future.

The mentioned block uses products listing template so you need to disable the add to wishlist button for products listing in plugin settings. Note that it will affects all shop pages.

    Hi @cdelin

The loading of the counter is triggered on the page load event.

In some cases, the counter number may appear to load later compared to other elements on the page. This can be influenced by various factors such as server performance and network speed. However, we have optimized the AJAX loading process to be as fast as possible.

Please note that once the counter data is loaded, it is stored in the browser session and subsequent page loads will use this stored data instead of making another AJAX request. This helps to improve the performance and reduce the loading time on subsequent visits.

Upgrading to the premium version of the plugin will not significantly impact the loading time of the counter. The AJAX loading process itself is already optimized for speed. However, if you are experiencing slow loading times, we recommend checking your server performance and overall website optimization to ensure optimal performance.

If you have any specific suggestions or concerns regarding the loading time of the counter, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have tested the behavior of adding products on backorder to the cart on a clean setup, and it should be possible to add products with the status “available on backorder” to the cart without any issues.

In your case, it seems that there might be some factors specific to your setup that are causing this error message to appear. One possibility is that you are using third-party plugins to manage your stock, which could be interfering with the backorder functionality.

To further investigate and resolve this issue, we would need access to your staging website. You can securely provide the access information via the support chat in the plugin settings or the help page on our website. Once we have access, our team will be able to debug the issue and provide you with a solution.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you further.

    Hello,

To remove the Wishlist product button from the main menu of your site, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the settings of our plugin.
    2. Look for the option labeled “Add counter to menu.”
    3. In this option, you will find a list of menu titles.
    4. Deselect the menu title that corresponds to the main menu of your site.
    5. Save the settings.

By deselecting the main menu title in the “Add counter to menu” option, the Wishlist product button will no longer appear in the main menu.

    Hi Veronica,

Thank you for reaching out. We’ll address each of your points below:

1 – To override the templates, you can copy the template file from our plugin’s templates directory to your active theme’s directory. For example, if you want to override the ti-wishlist.php template, you would copy it to yourtheme/woocommerce/ti-wishlist.php. Please make sure the file structure is correct.

2 – You can add category name in the wishlist table by using the provided snippet: https://gist.github.com/doozy/928d556169e76c6a3aebca13d437465c

3 – If you enable the “Require login” option to use wishlist features, the wishlist will only be visible to logged-in users. This behavior is by design. Guests who click on shared wishlist links will be redirected to the login page.

4 – To use the same wishlist on different devices, the user must log in to access their wishlist.

5 – You can embed the wishlist URL in a custom form using the function tinv_url_wishlist(). This function will return the URL for the current wishlist of the current user or guest.

We hope this information clarifies your concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. We’ll be happy to assist you.

You can effortlessly test your issue – if a product can be added to the cart from the product page or shop page, it should also be able to be added from the wishlist.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Our plugin uses the default WooCommerce login/registration form. This means that to add fields such as ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ to the registration process, you would need to modify the WooCommerce forms themselves. This is beyond the scope of what our plugin can control, and may require additional customization or another plugin specifically designed for this purpose.

We hope this information is helpful and please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, our plugin doesn’t have a built-in feature to add a button that removes all items from the wishlist directly from the wishlist table. This would need a custom solution.

If you would like to discuss this further, you can contact us directly via the support chat on the plugin settings page.
