I have now deactivated all plugins but WooCommerce and activated the Storefront theme. It looks like the shipping information is still missing on the Cart and Checkout page.

Hi team,

I built the site based off this theme: https://themeforest.net/item/azeno-sport-store-woocommerce-theme/29690337

And because the theme is using its own framework (Redux) with Elementor, installing and activating any other themes (Storefront for example) won’t work.

If you have a look at the demo of the theme above, it works with WooCommerce seamlessly and it correctly shows the shipping info on the Cart and Checkout page.

At first, I thought it was a theme issue that I contacted the theme developer and he advised it is a configuration issue that it is recommended to contact the WooCommerce team about it.

I have activated the Azeno child theme again since there is no point trying to fix things up just for a theme that has nothing to do with my site even for testing purposes.

Please advise if there are any other ways of troubleshooting this mind blowing issue.

I forgot to mention that I have activated TwentyTwentyOne theme after which I was still able to see the cart page but still wasn’t able to see any shipping info while I was able to see the total amount.
