problem solved, the problem was the free webspace in combination with wordpress. tipido.net and bplaced.net webspace also could not search for new themes in the admin panel, always a connection error. now i installed wordpress on a normal .com payed webspace and your plugin and the wordpress theme search are both working as they should 🙂
