My hosting now tells me the following:
In order to continue with the review, we would need to know a bit more about the type of information they send and if they send it over any specific port. Security measures usually apply to inbound traffic, but not outbound traffic, unless that outbound traffic is trying to connect on a port that is not open.
Do you have a way to force this information to be sent?
