If you’re using a cache plugin, you may have a feature to delay javascript. Remove google.com/recaptcha/api.js from being delayed. Once this is removed, your forms should work fine afterward.
Check your cache plugins and preloading of the Recaptcha. After executing this, the forms worked again.
I can confirm the shop page has been assigned. I’d prefer not testing out other themes as I don’t want to lose any customizations on my website currently.
