@wpexpertssupportteam what version of WooCommerce are you showing here? I’m running 4.2.0 and it has the Refund Amount greyed out so I have to refund the line item above. This shouldn’t make a difference but maybe. Thoughts?
I installed the new plugin. It processed a transaction with no issues but still won’t issue a refund.
An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.
Same issue here. We have lost 4 orders. I disconnected and reconnected. Is there any way to know if it is working correctly before we loose more sales?
