In reply to: [Rich Reviews by Starfish] Export ReviewsHi, I’ve checked with the developers, and unfortunately there’s no way to export the reviews. Rich Reviews was not built using any “typical” WordPress data structures, so there’s no way to use an export plugin or something and export the data.
With the right knowledge, you could do it via the database directly. But that’s far outside of anything we support. We do have some plans for this, but nothing we can give details on yet, and no timeline.
Sorry, I wish I had better news. But that’s the state of the plugin we adopted.
Are you using the snippet shortcode? It should output valid Schema for the aggregate rating. However, we’ve removed the individual review Schema, since it was causing a number of issues. So if you’re just using the reviews shortcode, it won’t output the required Schema. Make sure to add the snippet shortcode on any pages where you want the Schema to appear.

Are you including the Snippet shortcode in the page? We removed the individual review Schema, because of various issues it was causing, and Google doesn’t display that in search results anyway.
Also, Google is removing “self-serving” aggregate ratings in it’s search results. So even if using older versions of the plugin, you might still have those go away, not because of the plugin, but because Google is choosing not to display those any longer.
