We saw this on one site, where there was a conflict with the caching plugin, but haven’t identified exactly what’s going on.
If disabling the caching plugin helps, can you let us know which caching plugin, so we can try to make it compatible?
If it doesn’t help, can you provide the link to the page where the review submission form is?

I believe the Plugins and Rich Reviews and all their sub-folders should be 755, while all files within them should be 644.
Are you using the snippet shortcode in the pages?
We were getting errors in the Structured Data tool from individual reviews, including the fact that the schema is repeated for each review. There was no easy fix, so we decided to remove it, as it appeared to be causing more problems than it was worth.
Can you help us understand why you would need that? Google doesn’t display individual reviews in their results, only the overall rating, which is included with the snippet shortcode.
Help us understand and we’ll see what we can do. Thanks.

In reply to: [Rich Reviews by Starfish] Multiple categoriesI just tested, and currently there is no way to do multiple categories. I’ll have the developer look into it, but new features on Rich Reviews are low priority for us right now.
Our priority is adding some awesome new features to Starfish Reviews, including basically the same functionality as Rich Reviews. But we’re building from scratch and it’ll be much better, including tagging with multiple tags. So when that’s finished, you’ll be able to accomplish this with Starfish Reviews. But I have no ETA on that. It’s 3rd or 4th on our list of features we’re building. So it could be a while.
Hi, we just released version 1.8.4 that specifically addresses this issue and should fix the widgets for you. Can you update and let us know if the update does not fix this for you?
