In reply to: [Rich Reviews by Starfish] Email Notifications Checkbox Not SavingThanks for the compliments, though we can’t take much credit at this point, since it’s still mostly the original plugin built by the original developers. We just adopted it recently.
We’re aware of this issue and have an update that fixes it, almost ready for release. We’ll release it as soon as it’s fully tested and confirmed working great on our end. It should be soon, but I don’t have an exact date yet. Thanks for your patience.

Are you using an AMP plugin to create an AMP version of your pages/posts? If so, what plugin? And is the issue that it shows more than 300 characters in the AMP version of the reviews, when the normal version is limited to 300 characters?

Hi @havannainvestorsclub, thanks for reporting this. We’re aware of some related issues. We’ll be releasing an update soon that fixes them and may also fix this. If you get the update and this isn’t fixed, please report back here.
I’ll leave it open and try testing for this specifically on my end. But hopefully that update is released soon and the fix also covers this issue.

In reply to: [Rich Reviews by Starfish] Cannot Change and Save OptionsSorry @rickbard01 I had a bunch of stuff come up and wasn’t able to complete my testing, then this week is Diwali. Hiren, our lead for this next release that fixes this, is on holiday this week for Diwali.
So that kinda put a stall on this release. My apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll finish it and release it as quick as we can when he returns.
