In reply to: [Tweeple] Incorrect Swedish lettersOk guys, I think I’ve got it worked out. Update to v0.8, and then go to your Twitter Feed’s options under Tools > Tweeple, and change the new UTF-8 Encoding option to “No” —

In reply to: [Tweeple] Incorrect Swedish lettersHello Kenneth,
So were using the plugin and everything was working for you before you updated to 0.7.0?
I’m going to play around with and see if I can fix this for you. I’m still learning about all the different international character sets and how they interact with what we’re doing here.

In reply to: [Simple Analytics] Analytics on MultisiteHello Sloba,
I apologize, but I’m not quite sure what you’re describing the issue is. What about the plugin isn’t compatible with multisite?

In reply to: [Theme Blvd Shortcodes] tabs shortcode not honoring heightHello,
On this, there is an error in the examples/documentation. In our old [tabs] shortcode (before Twitter Bootstrap), we had it setup like this where you could input a specific height, but then when we incorporated Twitter Bootstrap, we changed it.
The
heightparameter is now meant to take a true or false. When set to true, it tells Bootstrap to match all the tabs to the height of the tallest tab. That was the original purpose of allowing you to apply a specific height — i.e. so tabs don’t jump around in height when you switch them.If you input a specific number like
height="300"this will just be the same as writingheight="true". — because there’s a fallback in the code for those doing it the old way of having a specific height.I don’t check over here on ww.wp.xz.cn all that often. If you’d like to discuss this further or you have any other issues with your theme or our plugins, feel free to post in our support forum.

In reply to: [Theme Blvd News Scroller Widget] Version compatibilityYeah, I have a lot of customers that use it. So, if there’s ever a problem with it, I’d be happy to update it. It’s not really the type of thing that requires much maintenance, other than issues with future WordPress jQuery updates (theoretically, anyway).

In reply to: [Tweeple] Works and then doesntIs there anything more specific you guys can tell me about how you’re setting up your Twitter feeds? Anything that could lead me to duplicate the issue? Obviously if all three of you are getting the same thing, there’s something to it. But I’m not quite sure how you guys are getting this.
Hello,
This is all going to depend on your theme’s styling, as the plugin doesn’t come with any CSS on the frontend.
Your avatar looks familiar. Are you one of our theme customers? If you’re doing this in a Theme Blvd theme, come on over to our support forum, and we can discuss it further. Just make sure to provide live links to specific examples of what you’re working with.

In reply to: [Tweeple] Show author namesIs this still true? I added the remove and add actions and it didn’t seem to make any difference.
Yup, this is still current information. Where are you placing your code, exactly?

In reply to: [Theme Blvd News Scroller Widget] "Featured Image" not displaying in scrollerHello,
Do you have an actual WordPress featured image set on your individual posts? Do you have featured images set to show from the widget’s settings?
If the answer is yes to both of these things and you’re not getting any featured images showing, maybe you could provide a link to the issue on your site and I could check it out?

In reply to: [Tweeple] Security Error from tmhOAuth.Hello,
Can I ask did you upload the plugin manually to your site or did you install through your WordPress admin’s plugin page?
Do you have access to your site via FTP or some file manager? Can you verify that this file exists within the plugin’s directory?
