In your site, the cookie bar might have caused the problem, so can you try deactivating the plugin or disabling setting and check.

Let me address your complaints one by one. Please correct me if I’m mistaken.

Once installed you can’t make changes to the CSS to customize
Yes, you can add custom CSS from customizer as instructed here: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/how-to-add-custom-css-1tz5vyt/

If you install it, you cannot get rid of it with a typical ‘delete’ of the theme
It seems you’ve imported one of our demos. If yes, the imported content are posts, pages, and image which imports while importing demo site, which is obvious. If you want to delete those imported content as well, you can use reset plugins available in the WordPress plugin repository.

You can completely switch to another theme if you want, there is no restriction on that. We’ve followed WordPress theme guidelines and we ensure that Zakra only affects the design of the site.

Most of the themes on .org provide demo site import features and it is not compulsory. You can start your site from start. It is just an additional feature provided by the theme so that you do not need to design your site from scratch.

Finally, while checking for your query on the .org forum, I do not see any query asked. If you had asked, we’ll definitely help you with your queries. Most of the problems can be address via support, so if you really want to create your site right way, you can contact us via http://zakratheme.com/ Chat Support, and we’ll help you as much as possible just like other users.

Firstly, most of the changes you want to do are available via theme’s options so, no need to add custom CSS. Please try checking the customizer for those options.

Also, it seems you’re using the Flash theme, so if you need help with where are the options and with the CSS, please ask us a query via this forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/flash/

Generally, we do not provide CSS that is added as an option in the Pro version. Also, yes that option is a pro version feature and we’re not allowed to discuss the Pro version here (according to .org guidelines).

Moreover, it seems you already tried adding the CSS that is available in the Pro version. So, if you want us to check it and guide you on what is preventing it from working and provide you a solution, please contact us via http://themegrill.com/ Chat Support with the site URL.
