Unfortunately, we have restricted adding HTML tags on the text area field due to security concerns. We are sanitizing our text area fields by using sanitize_textarea_field. This removes newlines, carriage returns, and other unwanted characters from the text to ensure that it is safe to store and display in the database. It is essential to sanitize user input to prevent security vulnerabilities such as cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks etc. If you need to add something from the admin end you can use the paragraph field, it helps to add br, a tag and so on.
