Our plugin doesn’t add any styles to the checkout page. It uses the default WooCommerce style or the theme style.
You can add the custom classes for the fields by providing it in the options CSS Class and can add the style accordingly.Thank you!
Unfortunately, there is no direct option available in the current version of our plugin to achieve your requirement.
However, as a workaround, you can achieve your requirement by creating a radio field and write custom CSS as per your requirement.

Please check after enabling the options “Enable label override for address fields“ and “Enable required validation override for address fields“ in the Locale override settings inside the Advanced Settings tab.

Could you please verify whether the country field is disabled in our plugin or not?
Please note that when you provide validation for the state field or zip code field in any section, it is mandatory to have an active country field. If the country field is disabled, could you please enable the fields and verify from your side?
