Unfortunately, the requirement cannot be achieved using the current version of our plugin.
Currently, our plugin will work only on the default WooCommerce checkout page which has been created using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].

If you wish to hide the ship to a different address checkbox permanently, then you can use the below CSS (Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS).
h3#ship-to-different-address { display: none; }Please note that the above style will permanently hide the checkbox. So it won’t be available to show the shipping fields. In order to show the shipping fields on the checkout page you need to configure the shipping option as “Default to customer shipping address” in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> Shipping Options.
