You’re probably misunderstanding or mixing up with some other addons. In our case, Addons are absolutely optional and costs around $15- $25 yearly for single site license.And can you confirm where you’ve created the ticket? I don’t see any such long pending tickets on our support portal.Please provide some details, so we can help you out. IDM fetches the pdf file and forces download. You can simply resolve it by resetting permalinks from Settings > Permalinks tab on your wp-admin area. * Let me know if that does not resolve the issue.
