I just re-read this topic and discovered that I missed your original reply to my post! Thank you so much – I am trying the solution you suggest (deleting “from” email address in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails) and will make a note here if it works.
Thanks also for the suggestion to file a support ticket if that fails.

JesseMore info: the test email sends successfully, and indeed all emails to myself (same email address as plugin is configured with) send successfully. However, all emails to external addresses fail with this error.
I have set the ReplyTo address within Zoho mail configuration to be identical, but it doesn’t seem to affect the error at all. In addition, the admin email on my WP site is configured to be this email as well.
