WP Realtime Sitemap allows you to specify a menu ID and display a sitemap based on that.
update, on all other pages the default Orange box was shown, except on the page that I had excluded.. BUT… the message bar saying “Offline – Please Leave a Message” remains. So, it seems that some part of the Zopim is excluded, but not all ? Nick
