I imagined this is because instead of loading a new page on clicking a menu-item, it will only scroll, so nothing is refreshing.. but that is just a guess. I am not a web-wizard. 😉

i use woocommerce with storefront theme
menu is your sticky plugin with the “page scoll to ID” plugin.

Anyway here is s screenshot of the issue. This is an example what happens if i click on a submenu-item. The page scrolls to that position, but the submenu stays open.
