For those of you that may find this thread, the solution isn’t working anymore in latest releases (not sure at which point exactly the thumbnail function changed its name but I’m currently running v4.1.1).
You have to change the override function :
remove_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title', 'x_woocommerce_shop_thumbnail' , 10);To :
remove_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title', 'x_woocommerce_shop_product_thumbnails' , 10);🙂
The problem seems to have resolved itself… Oh well.

I was wondering if our library has +4K images but they are already on S3, can I still hop on the Bronze package to get some support and retain all of the plugin functionalities? In other words will the newly added media file still upload to S3? Also can we upgrade from one plan to another and only pay the difference?

BThere’s an option in the plugin settings to automatically delete uploaded medias after they are synced on S3/CF. You’re a checkbox away from getting your solution 😉

BWhat even stranger is that not all images are returning a 403, some are loading and others not, how is that possible?!
The error shown by Amazon seems to refer to an Access Key that is indeed invalid because I have changed it. It has not updated with the new key and I’m not sure why because our wp-config file is set up appropriately.
Note that the error started before I recreated the key.

I contacted our hosting provider about the issue and I’m not sure what they did but they managed to fix the problem. Probably some sort of caching issue somewhere.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom] Not compatible with X-ThemeNot yet, we decided to remove this feature for now as we don’t have the time to dive into the problem, our installation uses TM Extra Product Options to add some options to our products which makes debugging a bit more complex. If you find a solution however I would be glad to hear how you managed to fix this compatibility issue 🙂

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom] Problem with Essential GridWe’re noticing a lot of conflicts and your plugin is on, we use Visual Composer and some modules are not working, some buttons are unresponsive, etc.
As soon as we remove YITH all of our problems are gone. We’d be interested to use your premium version but until these are not addressed we won’t go for it.

Before we buy the premium version, we use a plugin to add extra options to our products and it does change the image of the product… Can you tell us if your plugin is compatible with EPO (http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619)?
