Hello @wd69
I would like to start by clarifying the following:
The screenshot you have sent me is from the page at: Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members -> hover over a user -> click on Edit member below their username -> in the Subscriptions Section you have clicked Edit on in the Table displaying the users current plan.
The Add New Subscription button can be found one step earlier in this process at: Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members -> hover over a user -> click on Edit member below their username -> the button can be found below the Subscription Plans table
You can see an example of this here: https://snipboard.io/tRZxJO.jpg
Hope you found this helpful!Hello @totnespulse,
To better understand the issue at hand I would like to ask you for some additional details:
- Could you please send me a screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- Could you please send me a screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways?

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.Hello @nyks-barton,
I tried this on a local instance and I was not able to replicate the issue. - When you are talking about your Side Bar, are you referring to a custom side bar you have added to your page with the [wppb-login] shortcode added to it?
Hello @dougbulletbros,
Natively with Paid Member Subscriptions you have access to the following payment gateways without installing anything else besides our plugin: Stripe, PayPal, and the Manual/Offline payment gateway. These payment gateways can be used directly through our default form PMS Registration form.Hello @wd69,
If I understood correctly, you would like to edit the subscription plan of a user to change it from one subscription plan to another.
To achieve this by navigating to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members -> hover over the user that you would like to edit -> click on Edit Member -> click on Add New Subscription
After you have added the new membership, you can remove the old one.
Note: Adding a membership manually will not activate automatic renewals for the users.
Trying to edit an already exiting membership, you will only be able to upgrade/downgrade their subscription in case it is a tiered subscription. You can read more about this on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/subscription-plans/#Tiered_Subscription_PlansHello @dougbulletbros,
You won’t need to install anything to be able to use the Stripe gateway.
You can navigate to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways and enable Stripe.
After enabling the gateway, make sure you connect to your Stripe account.
More details on setting up the Stripe gateway can be found on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/payment-gateways/stripe-connect/#Initial_SetupHello @blackeye0013,
I made sure to add these to the list of labels with issues to ensure that our development team can take a look at them as well.Hello @emielb,
I have tested this on a local instance and I managed to replicate this issue.
I have forwarded this to our development team and they will be working on implementing a fix in a future version of our plugin. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.Hello @ghitalakhssassi,
Since the feature you are asking about is a paid one, we are not allowed to talk about it here. This is the reason I asked you to contact us over on our website in case you have further questions that you couldn’t find any answers to: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/Hello @robinrjs,
Thank you for the kind words. We are glad your are happy with our plugin!
When it comes to only showing your products to users with a specific active subscription plan, this is possible by making sure that in the Content Restriction Meta box you check the following boxes:
In the Display for section, make sure you check the “Logged In Users” as well as the subscription plan of your choice (in your case the Beta Program Subscription)
You can read more about this on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/integration-with-other-plugins/woocommerce/#Display_product_only_to_members_that_subscribedHello @calous,
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/Hello @mammono,
If by author you are referring to the currently logged in users, we have a shortcode that allows you to display user meta of the currently logged in user. You can also display the information of a specific user by passing their user ID as a parameter to this shortcode.
You can read more about this on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/developers-knowledge-base/shortcodes/display-user-meta/Hello @rehan786123,
Since our implementation of the PayPal gateway will not work without the Vaulting feature enabled, you can either:- Contact PayPal support to see if there is anything they could do about the vaulting feature being enabled for your account
- Use another payment gateway that we offer, Stripe
Hello @rehan786123,
I can see that the Vaulting functionality is disabled:
The Vaulting functionality from PayPal is imperative for the PayPal implementation to work. You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/payment-gateways/paypal/#Requirements.
This functionality is available only to specific countries (and determined by PayPal). You can view the eligible countries here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/multiparty/checkout/save-payment-methods/#eligibility. In case your country (from which the PayPal account is located) appears on that list, then I would suggest asking the PayPal Support why vaulting is not active on your account and if they can help you activate this functionality.
Hello @rehan786123,
Could you please send a screenshot of the page at your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways? Please make sure that the PayPal section is visible.
