Hello @rehan786123,
I can see that the Vaulting functionality is disabled:
The Vaulting functionality from PayPal is imperative for the PayPal implementation to work. You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/payment-gateways/paypal/#Requirements.
This functionality is available only to specific countries (and determined by PayPal). You can view the eligible countries here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/multiparty/checkout/save-payment-methods/#eligibility. In case your country (from which the PayPal account is located) appears on that list, then I would suggest asking the PayPal Support why vaulting is not active on your account and if they can help you activate this functionality.
Hello @rehan786123,
Could you please send a screenshot of the page at your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways? Please make sure that the PayPal section is visible.

If you have set up your PayPal gateway and have met all of the requirements mentioned on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/payment-gateways/paypal/#Requirements
You should be good to go! You should see the Webhooks Status field change to Connected as soon as you process your first payment.Hello @craigmckee,
I would like to start by apologizing for my late reply!
Could you please check if the metabox is hidden from the post/page?If you’re using the Classic Editor plugin you can check this by going to Dashboard -> Pages -> Click edit on a page -> in the upper right corner of your screen you will see “Screen Options”, click on that -> and now make sure that “Content Restriction” is checked there.
If you’re not using the Classic Editor plugin, go to the Dashboard -> Pages -> Click edit on a page -> in the upper right corner you will see three vertical dots -> Preferences -> General -> and under Advanced, make sure you have “Content Restriction” checked.

Hello @blackeye0013,
I have managed to recreate this issue on a local instance. I have forwarded this to our development team who will work on implementing a fix in an upcoming update. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.
Thank you for reporting this issue!Hello @echobrin,
Thank you for providing the additional details. The error you have attached does not seem to be related to our plugin.
I am happy to hear that you have found a workaround that solved the issue!
Let us know in case you encounter any other issues.Hello @interactuo,
I would like to start by apologizing for the late reply!
The subscription plans settings seem to be correctly set-up.
Unfortunately without the data of the deleted user it is hard to track down what might have went wrong.
Have you experienced any similar issues with other users since?Hello @mrsmed,
We do have some custom code that we can offer to help you out: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/download/4364276/?tmstv=1760005739
After activating this custom plugin, it will create two endpoints:/wp-json/pms-api/subscriptionPlans/wp-json/pms-api/subscriptionStatuses
The first one will return your Subscription Plans ID and Name. You can further customize it to your liking in case you would like more information.
Important: This is not a secure solution and anyone has access to these endpoints!Hello @arthurideclap33,
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/Hello @blackeye0013
I have added your request to our features request list. This means that it might be implemented in a future version of our plugin. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.

Hello @arthurideclap33,
Renewing a subscription before the old one expires should not be an issue and it should just extend the current subscription with the subscription plans duration.
Did your users subscribe to this using our WooCommerce integration by purchasing a WooCommerce product with a Subscription Plan attached to it? Was the renewal purchase done the same way?Hello @craigmckee,
You can enable the Content Restriction feature by navigating to your Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> Content Restriction -> enable it.
You can read more about this feature on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/general-settings/content-restriction/Hello @pablux,
